We are very excited to announce our opening of Braata Estates!! This has been a dream we have had for a long time and with the new Island pricing we are able to accomplish this. That vision is to build an affordable estate that is not crowded and congested and will offer all residents a wonderful view without neighbors sitting on top of you thus creating one of the most lovely and most desirable places to live in sl. Recreational activities such as boating, scuba diving, surfing, hiking, romantic grottos and all for a very affordable price. We have noticed since the Havok4 release(i believe)  that some of our beds and pieces of furniture with sculpties have the sculpties hanging out were they shouldn’t be.  For example on the Serenity beds on the back side of the headboard.  If you notice this on any of your beds you bought or any furniture  please contact us and we would be happy to provide you with a new one that has been fixed.

I have slacked off a bit on my posts lately and am going to attempt to catch up over the next few days with new announcements and general stuff on my mind. RL has been super busy with work, so my sl time has dropped drastically over the past month or two. But finding some more time now, so expect more new products, updates and events coming soon.

We have been fairly quiet with notices and posts lately, but by no means have we not been busy. We just took delivery of our new sim JJ Lanes, which will be opening shortly adjacent to lovely Galland Homes. With our new location we bring a new level of shopping experience to our customers. Many of Galland Homes are beautifully decorated with our furnishings and now our store will be just to the east providing you with a place to shop as well as unwind.

While we plan on expanding the store and our product lines by 2-3 times, this move to our own private region will allow us we to offer our customers not cust a place to come find some of the finest furnishings in sl but also a place to come and explore, unwind and relax. Here are some of the new additions we will be adding:
- New Products: Hot Tubs, many new furniture lines and designs, Bathrooms, more Kitchens, plus our own full line of outdoor/indoor tropical plants and palms.
- The Bomba Shack: this will be a unique and relaxing beach club and bar where we will feature live music, dj’s spinning your favorite tunes, and a public beach to relax with friends at.
- JJ’s Surf Shop: We will be offering a whole line of surfboards, windsurfers, and rideable waves. We will also be starting to offer beach wear, sunglasses and flip flops.
- JJ’ Dive Shack: Offering a line of scuba and snorkling equipment as well as a beautiful trapical reef in our lagoon to dive in and swim amongst the coral and fish (Opening 5/0
- Nine Mile: Nine Mile in rl is a magical place situated high atop the mountains in the St. Ann Parish in central Jamaica. This is the birth place the final resting place of the great Bob Marley. On the northeast corner of our sim will be a tribute and recreation of this lovely place for all to come see, relax, get away from it all and pay their respects.
- The Grotto: A lovely quiet place on the coast amid the backdrops of tall cliffs and waterfalls where you can come and relax and enjoy a romantic setting. This will be free to use on a first come first serve basis.

- Project Shoholabound: This is a replica of my rl lakefront vacation house in the Pocono Mts. Hopefully coming this year I will be working in a home automation system that will be controlled via sl. This will allow the ability to set the heat and turn lights on and off in my rl house via the house in sl. Also will be live video feeds from out my windows which with the feed into sl. I welcome anyone to come by and see.

We are open now, but still in the process of setting up some stuff. We are planning our grand opening for around March 20th, which is 1 year from the time we opened our first 1024sqm store on Roosa. The store will be definently done by then(well we are never done) and some of the other projects mentioned will be ongoing. Most of them are works in progress and you will see them evolve over the next few months and as always we encourage feedback from you all.

Come on by our store on Serenity Isle and check out our new and improved line of beach furniture. In our quest to provide you with the highest quality furniture in sl, we have been revamping many of our lines of furniture. Incorporating scultpies, drastically increasing the number of animations, unique menu driven designs and the highest quality custom textures available.

These new chairs incorporate our new Menu Driven Multi Sit Adjustment Tool. Using the PgUp/PgDn key you can cycle through different sits. With the menu system you can fine tune the adjustment of each sit perfectly to your avatars size. This is slowly being incorporated into almost all of our furniture. Currently all of our barstools and kitchen chairs feature this as well.

Also there is the start of my Project Shoholabound. This is a house that is a scale replica of my vacation home in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania(USA). It is only missing a few interior walls, and the ramp on the deck is an addition. This has been idea I have had since coming to sl a year ago and finally have the ability to, and this is the beginning of my vision…

You can see some rl photos in the picture viewer. This is only in the beginning phases, with more work to be done, but want to share it with people and have them see it as it progresses along. The next phase of this the project is to incorporate live video feeds from my rl house into sl. After that is going to be the ability to control functions in the rl house via the model here in sl! Such as turning the heat on before I drive up there for the weekend, sensors in the house which will alert me to a water break or intruder, the possibilities only end where the imagination does….

I think my LM of the week is more becoming the LM of the month….lol. I have been quite busy with RL this past month and doing alot of traveling for work, and some sl projects have kept me very busy, not to mention how crazy things are around the holidays.

But anyways, this months LM is another one of my long time favorites which I found about a year ago (wow, a year already!). It is a beautiful Sim called the Rain forest, feel free to explore just respect the privacy of the residents of the island and stay out of their homes. Just going their brings back some special memories and is a lovely place to take that special person. Look out for the super large flowers to sit and relax in, what a romantic setting
